Notes for the builder (optional)

Build cost: £1–£2 for most sites, up to ~£6.50 for a big one. Honest note: producing the estimate spends real money on research first — roughly £0.20–£0.65 in scrape mode — before anything is approved. The build itself only starts once you approve and set the cap, and the approval card shows exactly what research already cost.

Notes to the builder

Standing feedback from past builds — every note here is fed into the brief, design and build prompts of every future build. Facts still come only from the dossier; notes never override a quality gate.
